feature: Ebony Magazine October 2011 Issue!

Ok, it's been long enough! I've known about this feature for a few weeks now and I'm just getting around to putting it up! This month in Ebony Magazine I'm featured in the October issue with Mary J!!! Ugh she looks amazing!! I actually used this same picture for a blog entry for my Sweet Anticipation post which has a lot more pictures. Very cool. Thanks to Ebony and their team for recognizing my great style and for selecting my picture to do a "look for less!"I also made a new friend from the Ebony team that moved on to Glamour right when this printed which I plan on interviewing very soon! I want to know her fashion journey too!

Oh yea, love how MyModest Mouth was featured with me as well! #iHEARTbloggerLUV

feature: Oh to Be a Muse

So apparently I do not keep up with my bloggers enough! I just read my comments from my last post and realized that I was featured on Oh to be a Muse, created by Cheryl! Very cool! I love her site and how she incorporates our shared love of interior design with fashion. Check out the feature HERE. Special thanks to Chanel Tone for suggesting me! Speaking of interior design, I have been watching HGTV like a hawk these last couple of weeks. So let me tell you why I've kinda been slacking on my postings!

Besides work, I've had an extremely busy few months! My hubster (who takes my pictures) and I recently adopted my nephew and are in the middle of house hunting, and to top it off I just got accepted into grad school so I am all over the map right now! I hope to get back into blogging again and plan out my week better. I am thinking about sharing my experiences from FIT and increasing my looks for the week besides Target Tuesdays. Sound good? Yayy so bare with me during all of these life transitions and thanks for spreading the word about physicalcanvas.com! Anyone else getting geared up for school???

Hello my lovely bloggers!

On Monday I received a lovely email from Assa, creator of CIAAFRIQUE, informing me that I would be featured as a Ciaafrique Fashionista of the Week! How exciting! She's such a down to earth girlie and a sweetheart! I love her blog because it has the best and latest on African fashion and designers. The designers that she features are awesome. My favourite section is "Obession du Jour" which are random images of the day that will have you drooling for more. I love prints and colours and her site helps me to step my game up and get inspired!

TEEN VOGUE FEATURE!

I was so honored and super excited to see TeenVogue's tweet today in my timeline when I realized that the magazine highlighted my look from my Beginnings of Festival Fun (Monday's) post to show their readers how to wear a summery high waist pant using my personal style and pic! Here's the link for the Fashion Click Look of the Day feature!

Then I went to the TeenVogue website and saw that I was on the front page!! Super cool! It totally made my day...week..and month to be chosen as their "Blogger Look of the Day!" I've been tweeting and Facebooking everyone to go to the site. Can you tell that I'm excited?! Check out the write up below or at TeenVogue while its still up!
