Target Tuesday: End of Summer Color-blocking

Hey girlies!! Its Target Tuesday and of course I have been nowhere to be found! But I'm here...forgive me for my absence. Soooo onto today's Target Tuesday outfit!

My summer days are certainly numbered and I've been encountering more brisk Fall mornings than I would like to with the drop in temperature lately. It's still August! Could this be my last summer outfit for the year? I think so...especially since I don't do too well in the cold. Yikes!

Today's Target Tuesday outfit is a really simple way to invest in non-expensive pieces to rock a trend that we've been seeing all summer. Colour-blocking doesn't always have to be for the bold and the beautiful!
